LAPP Group was included in the annual ranking of the University of St. Gallen of the best in their industry as a champion in the category "Integrated solutions of the cable and connection technology". Technology leadership, international presence and customer proximity are essential prerequisites for being included as a company in the world market leader index. Thus, LAPP Group already received the third prestigious award in quick succession after "Top 100" and "Success Factor Family". The world market leader index shows once more that we are setting standards. The index was created by the Henri B. Meier Entrepreneurship School of the University of St. Gallen in cooperation with the Akademie Deutscher Weltmarktführer (ADWM). Professor Christoph Müller is leading the survey. The database is based on more than thousand entries from potential world market leaders in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Research and selection are carried out in a complex process. The initiators committed to a scientifically sound and transparent selection process. The selection criteria are publicly available. These include, among other things, the requirements on the turnover of the companies (> 50 million euros) and the foreign share of turnover (> 50%) as well as on distribution on at least three continents.
